Course Enrolment Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to any student enrolling in a course provided by Conscious Heart Kinesiology. By registering for a course, you must agree to these terms and conditions.

Enrolling

  • The balance of the course fees are due prior to the commencement of the course.

  • Conscious Heart Kinesiology reserves the right to vary the course structure, adjust fees or class schedules at any time and the right to cancel a course as permitted by law. 

  • Your email will be added to Conscious Heart Kinesiology’s Email List

  • Your information collected as part of registering for a course will be collected and handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • Conscious Heart Kinesiology will safeguard any money paid by you in advance of your course. 

  • Conscious Heart Kinesiology will refund you ALL money paid by you, less Bank/Booking agent Fees incurred, in the event we cancel or discontinue a course. 

  • In the event of a course being postponed, you will be offered the option to do the course at the later scheduled date. 

  • If you withdraw from a course due to illness (verified by a medical certificate), we will refund any course fees paid less an administrative fee of 20% of your course cost. 

  • Should you withdraw for any other reason other than illness, with less than two weeks notice you will forfeit 50% of your course cost. 

  • If you fail to commence the course you will forfeit all monies paid. 

  • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. 

  • If during the seminar you are found unfit to participate in this training (or disruptive) by a representative and/or staff member of Conscious Heart Kinesiology, you will be required to leave the training immediately. No questions or discussions will be entered into, and the Conscious Heart Kinesiology representative and/or staff will be the sole judge. In this case, no refunds will be given. All training materials including manuals and workbooks are to be returned at this time. 

  • In the case of a national emergency, an Act of God, terrorism or a national disaster, training dates or locations may be changed. In this case, no refund will be due. The credit may be transferred to another training.
