For anyone who would like to complete all 4 levels and take their own practise and understanding to the next level.

Level 1

  • 14-Muscle/Meridian pair

  • Apply accurate indicator muscle testing; “challenging” reflexes to find deeper levels to balance

  • Release motional stress (for present distress)

  • Learn 14 major energy meridians

  • Interpret biofeedback with 14 muscle tests

  • 5 Elements: Fire, Air, Earth Water & Wood

  • See what food/drink is raising or lowering your Energy

  • Simple pain control techniques

  • Improve Eye-sight & Hearing

Level 2

  • Learn to find the One-Point to achieve Balancing

  • Circuit locating to find an optimal touch reflex, or alarm points to indicate excess energy

  • Release Emotional stress (for future performance; e.g., a job interview, an upcoming exam, something that’s worrying you

Level 3

  • Review and practice 1-point balancing (Wheel & Five Elements); Five Element sound balancing

  • Find 14 new muscles-meridian connections

  • Release Emotional stress (for past experiences/trauma/upsetting situations (those memories that long to leave our muscles & brains)

  • Consolidate and deepen your TFH

Level 4

  • Postural Analysis & Balancing, Review & Consolidation

  • Practice the 42 muscle balance

  • Try balancing: standing, sitting, or lying

  • Analyse and balance specific postural deviations

  • Reactive muscle review
